The Music Department is housed in the Couch Building in the heart of West Campus at 840 McMillan St., which recently received $650,000 in physical upgrades and renovations.

The building features a rehearsal hall, classrooms, faculty offices, and a state-of-the-art computer music teaching lab.

In addition, the Center for Music Technology Research Lab was designed to support research initiatives in computer music and digital technology with interdisciplinary connections to electrical engineering; mechanical engineering; and hardware design and development.
