NASCAR

Imagine Lab provided visualizations to be used in the Central Atlanta Progress' bid for the NASCAR Hall of Fame to be placed in Atlanta.

Technology Square

The Technology Square project began in 2000 and completed in 2003. Spanning the 5th street bridge, Tech Square consisted of several new buildings that included campus instructional facilities as well as commercial endeavors. Three animation projects, the initial design, ground breaking, and grand opening, captured the entire Tech Square growth.

ACOG

The Imagine Lab created 3D computer models for the Atlanta Committe for Olympic Games (ACOG) of Olympic Park, Olympic Village and interiors of the Marquis Marriot Hotel, where all International Olympic Committee members were stationed. Models were used on real-time visualization systems in ACOG's Command and Control Center.

Airport Remodel

Electronic collages and 3D computer models were chosen as tools to visualize architecture firm Stanley Love-Stanley's proposals to detail and finishing changes to concourses in Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Apple Website

The web site developed for Apple Computer, Inc. for use during the 1996 Olympic Games introduced Atlanta to web visitors through numerous essays, photos, animations and QuickTime VR and become an unofficial guide to Atlanta.

Central Atlanta Progress

Central Atlanta Progress produced a video showing the master plan for the redevelopment of the Centennial Olympic Park area after the games had departed. The Imagine Lab has modified the Atlanta model and produced animations that were combined with artist renderings of the proposed living, working, meeting, and entertainment areas to be developed.

ESCOL

The Electronic Slide Collection system provides access to a database of over 8000 architectureal slides from both public and private sources. The system is open to all students, faculty, and staff with a valid Georgia Tech login. Slides within ESCOL may be searched for visual and textual content. Collections of slides can be created for classroom displays, research, visual reference, or downloaded based on copyright licenses.

FTAA Headquarters

Imagine Lab worked with Hemisphere, Inc. and Gateway Development to create a visualization for the proposed site for the Free Trade Area of Americas (FTAA) headquarters as part of Atlanta's bid package.

NBC

National Broadcast Corporation licensed 3D computer models of Atlanta from the IMAGINE Lab for the production of animations during their coverage of the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games.

South Fulton Parkway

Imagine Lab was asked to produce an interactive, multimedia presentation platform for South Fulton County Revitalization, Inc. The platform delivered was to visualize the development opportunities possible along the South Fulton Parkway.

Stonecrest Mall

Imagine Lab was involved in creating a 3D computer model and a number of animations visualizing an outdoor experience at Stonecrest Mall, a proposed commercial development in Lithonia, Georgia.

Technology Park

Imagine Lab created 3D computer models and animations of Lenox Park, a mixed use development in the heart of Buckhead, and John's Creek Park showing an extent of proposed developments.

TSS Campus

The office of Economic Development for the city of Columbus, Georgia, hired Imagine Lab to create a series of electronic collages showing the development of Total System Services Inc., a proposed business campus in downtown Columbus in the existing context.

Zoo Atlanta

The Virtual Gorilla Project was an educational tool that was being developed by researchers from the Graphics, Visualization and Usability Lab (GVU), Ph.D. program in the College of Architecture, and the IMAGINE Lab in conjunction with researchers and staff from Zoo Atlanta.
