The Invisible Instrument was one of 20 inventions evaluated for musicality, design, and engineering at the third annual Margaret Guthman Musical Instrument Competition hosted by the Georgia Tech Center for Music Technology. According to Tim Soo, Atlanta native and recent graduate of Emory University, the goal of his Invisible Instrement invention is to create a versatile tool in music-making open to greater physical mobility and free to an unlimited repertoire of sounds.
