Kevin Reeder
Kevin Reeder is an Assistant Professor in the
Industrial Design Program at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
He received a BSID from the Ohio State University and an MA from
Stanford University. He has had the good fortune to practice as
an Industrial Designer in corporate as well as consulting offices
and has developed products ranging from digital carpenter’s
level to ophthalmic laser equipment to juvenile products.
He has
been awarded five patents and his work is retained in the Smithsonian
Institute Museum of American History. Mr. Reeder has taught Industrial
Design both as an Adjunct and Full-time Professor at several
prominent institutions.
At Georgia Tech, Mr. Reeder teaches at
both graduate and undergraduate levels and continues to develop
the research area of anthropometrics/conceptualization in the
context of product design.
