Robert M. Craig received the 2008 President's Award of the Nineteenth Century Studies Association, presented at the Annual Meeting in Miami Beach in April. The award, given to a single individual selected annually, is presented to a scholar for "sustained service to the society and significant contributions to nineteenth-century studies."
