Faculty members regularly initiate and participate in short courses on urban planning subjects conducted at Georgia Tech through the College's Continuing Education Program. Courses range from general planning themes designed to introduce the middle-level practicing planner to new concepts in urban planning, to highly technical, specialized subject materials aimed at training participants in the latest techniques in the field. Faculty for the short courses are drawn from academia and practicing professionals within the specialty.
