DR. JAMES TSAI

Dr. Tsai is a registered Professional Engineer and has more than ten years of experience in GIS related research and application development. He is a Senior Research Engineer at the Center for GIS at Georgia Tech. He received his Ph.D. from the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Georgia Tech, where he is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor, teaching a graduate course in information technology-based infrastructure management. He has successfully developed and implemented a GIS-based pavement management system using Oracle client/server technologies for the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT).
