Curriculum: Program Core

• Two core courses (3 hours each) - 6 credit hours  
• Doctoral seminar -  4 credit hours  
• Major Field of Study Courses  - 15 credit hours
  (To include the study of : history and precedent in the field; theory and its evolution, current debate; and methods of analysis and inquiry.)
• Minor Field of Study Courses  - 9 credit hours
  (To include the study of history and precedent in the field; theory and its evolution, current debate; and methods of analysis and inquiry.)
• Additional Courses  - 12 credit hours

Total Course Requirements - 46 credit hours (minimum)
