BC Graduate Program: Spring deadline approaching

Atlanta (August 3, 2009) — The Building Construction Program announces upcoming deadlines for admission in the Spring 2010 semester. The deadline for applications for enrollment in Spring 2010 is November 1 for U.S. applicants; international applications are due September 1. The Master’s degree has three distinct tracks: Integrated Project Delivery Systems, Integrated Facility Management, and Residential Construction Development. Courses are offered in the evening, so students can pursue their degrees while continuing with their professional careers. Students can also opt for full-time study.

The Building Construction (BC) graduate program is now accepting applications for both spring and fall semesters. In the past, applicants could only apply to begin graduate studies in the fall—the traditional start of the academic year. Students can now apply to begin their studies in either semester.

The addition of spring applications was a response to the continued growth of the graduate program and the needs of the professional applicants.

"We are responding to the needs of our market. Our applicants have requested this,” said Brenda Morris, Graduate Recruitment Officer. “We have applicants graduating in December with their first degree, military students ending tours in December, and busy local professionals that just might have missed the fall deadline. These students do not want to wait till the next fall to begin their studies.”

Application Deadlines for spring semester:
September 1 for International applicants
November 1 for U.S. applicants

Application Deadlines for fall semester:
March 15 for international applicants
June 1 for U.S. applicants
