The Student Construction Association (SCA) and the Building Construction Program held its 8th annual Construction Industry Career Fair January 26, 2009 in the Georgia Tech Student Center Ballroom. Undergraduate and graduate students seeking full-time positions and internships had the opportunity to meet with recruiters from a wide range of building construction companies, including general contractors, subcontractors, design/build and consulting firms. Various sectors of the industry were represented, such as firms in the commercial, residential, and health care sectors. More than 150 students from the Building Construction Program, along with students from the College of Architecture, College of Management and Civil Engineering, attended the annual event, which drew 33 local, national and international companies.

SAVE THE DATE: The 9th Annual Construction Industry Career Fair will be held Monday, February 1, 2010 in the Georgia Tech Student Center.
