Graduate students in the Building Construction Program enjoy a wide range of amenities including high-tech computer labs with state-of-the-art computers and software available exclusively to BC students, a student work/conference room, as well as numerous scholarship opportunities.

Additionally, the BC Program houses a resource library of facility and property management materials and the College of Architecture is home to a library with numerous building construction, architecture, and industrial design related materials.
Most of the graduate courses are taught in the evenings, so students can continue with their professional careers.
Graduate students are encouraged to seek membership in the Program's student organization, the Student Construction Association (SCA). The Association offers members the opportunity to meet and network with leaders and professionals from the construction industry, while learning from their experiences.
