The Building Construction (BC) graduate program now accepts applications for both spring and fall semesters. In the past, applicants could only apply to begin graduate studies in the fall—the traditional start of the academic year. Students can now apply to begin their studies in either semester.
The addition of spring applications was a response to the continued growth of the graduate program and the needs of the professional applicants.
“We are responding to the needs of our market. Our applicants have requested this.” said Brenda Morris, Graduate Recruitment Officer. “We have applicants graduating in December with their first degree, military students ending tours in December, and busy local professionals that just might have missed the fall deadline. These students do not want to wait till the next fall to begin their studies.”
The BC program currently offers three tracks for its master’s degree program: Integrated Facility Management; Integrated Project Delivery Systems; and Residential Construction Development. Students can also chose to tailor the program to their specific interests. Thesis and non-thesis options are available.
