Program Director-Olympic Village Facilities
- Responsible for planning and execution of construction and maintenance programs for the Olympic Village. Clients consisted of 16,000 athletes and officials and a daily population of 25,000 people. Managed a staff of over 600 managers, engineers, administrative, craft skills, and custodial and labor personnel. Managed a budget of $18 million.
- Combined five separate work forces into one cohesive team to support the 1996 Olympic Village, which resulted in a 600 increase in operational productivity.
- Constructed $15 million of temporary facilities in 21 days on time and within budget.
- Satisfactorily performed more than 16,000 work orders in 33 days.
- Maintained major infrastructure support systems, which included but not limited to HVAC. electrical, lighting, water supply, and waste management with zero failures.

- Responsible for maintenance and repair for 14,416 housing units which supported over 33,000 residents. Managed a staff of over 225 engineers, administrative, trade skill personnel and laborers with an annual budget of $8 million.

SENIOR FACILITIES PLANNER -- R & K Engineering, San Antonio, Texas
- Responsible for planning, development and marketing software for facility maintenance programs into the United States military market.
