PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 

  • Co-Founder and Senior Facilities Associate for Facility Solutions, a process oriented company specializing in facility management and maintenance consulting.
  • Currently teaching facility management courses to the U.S. Army worldwide and developing Public Works organization structures for Holmes and Narver Services.
  • District Manager at One Source
    - Responsible for planning and execution of custodial services for 7 million square feet of commercial office space, with revenue of $7.5 million per year. Directed 15 project managers and over 500 employees.
    - Reduced annual property turnover rate for the district from 38 to 6.5.
    - Increased revenue by 16%
    - Added six new accounts to the district and retained 93 of all customers.
