RWI Construction is an Atlanta based Interior Contractor. My successes included guiding Asset and Facility Managers in a Design/Build capacity in their ongoing renovation, maintenance and rehabilitation projects. Interface included coordination surrounding asbestos abatement, demolition, base building retrofits, and upgrading interior HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Initial role as Project Manager on fast-track commercial facilities including office buildings, automobile dealerships, restaurants, and retail facilities. Quickly promoted to Senior Contract Manager where I refined and streamlined productivity and client service through a Project Success System. I also installed technology into the company?s Project Management operations, pinpointed problem areas in our management systems, accelerated project schedules, developed new accounts, and enhanced teamwork within the organization. Responsibilities included Regional Management for an Atlanta and Orlando branch covering the Southeastern states.
