Over thirty years experience in real estate development and construction management of a wide range of projects including office buildings, institutional and healthcare facilities, educational facilities, hospitality, industrial complexes, retail shopping centers and multi-family housing.

As executive or principal, responsible for project planning, strategy and coordination from inception to conclusion. Responsibilities have included project concept, programming, master planning and strategy, project team selection, leadership and management, due diligence, political interfaces, development management and coordination with marketing, leasing, financing and property management interfaces.

Twenty-one years teaching experience as Assistant Professor and member of the faculty of Georgia Tech College of Architecture, teaching in the Building Construction Program. Courses taught include project management, risk management, contracts/contractual relationships, real-estate finance and real estate development case study.

Member of American Arbitration Association with over twenty years of experience as mediator and arbitrator.

Have previously held senior executive positions with Cousins Properties, Inc. Carter & Associates, Holder Corporation, Trammell Crow Company and Property Company of America.

Currently provides independent consulting services in the areas of real estate development management and construction management.
