Information for Attendees
To register for a course, use one of the following
convenient ways:
On-Line Registration
Our on-line registration allows you to register right
from your desk. It is the fastest way to reserve your seat in a class.
After completing the on-line form and sending it to us, we will confirm
your registration by e-mail. For security reasons, we do not accept credit
card information on-line. However, we will call you to get payment
information. Your registration is not complete until payment has been
received.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and fill
out this file. Click on the button at left to download the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
Fill out and fax the completed form to us along with
payment information to (404) 463-2558. This line is available 24 hours,
everyday. You will be sent a confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours
(except on weekends) and via regular mail within ten days.
Mail
If the course date is three weeks or more away, you
may download the registration form (an Adobe Acrobat .pdf file), print,
fill out, and mail the completed form to us along with your payment to the
address listed below.

Payment Policy
The program fees include all necessary classroom
materials. For payment, we accept checks make payable to "Georgia Tech."
We also accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Cards.
Payment is required 5 business days prior to the start
of the class in order to guarantee your seat. If you register ten or fewer
working days before the program begins, a credit card account number is
required to guarantee your registration.
Registration Policy
Tuition must be paid in full five (5) days before the
first day of class. We accept all major credit cards, personal or
corporate checks and pre-approved purchase orders for payment. If you
register 10 or fewer working days before a program begins, your credit
card number is required to guarantee your registration. You will be
contacted for your payment information shortly after you register.
Cancellation - reschedule and refund policy
The Georgia Institute of Technology reserves the right
to cancel a course for any reason, including insufficient enrollment. If a
class is canceled, your registration fee will be refunded, but Georgia
Tech cannot assume the responsibility for other costs incurred as a result
of this cancellation.
If you need to cancel, reschedule, or transfer your
registration, you must notify us by calling Karl Brohammer at (404) 463-2556 or Phil Bryant at (404) 759-3534 between 8:30 am & 4:30 pm,
Eastern Time at least five
business days prior to the program's start date to receive a full refund.
IMPORTANT: If you notify us of your cancellation less
than five business days prior to the course start date, you will be
charged a $50 administration fee. Please allow three weeks to receive a
refund.
No-shows:
If you do not show up for your scheduled class, you
will forfeit your total tuition for that class. This tuition will NOT be
refunded.
