Note: The Program Fee and Tuition include the following: (1) housing for duration of the program; (2) bus/van/bicycle/taxi/auto rentals for group site visits in each city, (3) group visit entry fees, (4) honoraria for visiting lecturers and guides, (5) public transit passes and regional train travel, and (6) faculty travel, per diem expenses, and stipends. Each student is responsible for his or her transatlantic travel, airport transfers to apartments upon arrival in Europe, travel to departure airport; international travel in Europe; and meals/incidentals/personal travel for the entire period. Housing in Paris and Berlin is in apartments with kitchens. Housing in The Netherlands is in hotels that include breakfast, but not other meals.
