Job description for a salaried HBA employed site supervisor
Exercising a command of the English language verbally & written form
Understanding of On-Site Agreement
Understanding of contractual Scope of Work
Recommending Add Service Proposals if required
Developing, Managing & Maintaining all HBA operational policies & procedures
Understanding project schedules in response to an RFI. Ensure the timely & accurate review of RFIs
Be aware of project schedule & budget.
Ensuring, along with Associate, that the design reviews occur at planned stages.
Reviewing contractor, sub contractor and vendor shop drawings
Providing supplemental information & details to contractor, sub contractor and vendor
Consistently ensure all interior work performed & all materials delivered to job site are of a satisfactory quality.
Ensuring the contractor, sub contractor and vendors comply with all HBA standards.
Exercise knowledge of the operator’s standards.
Accurately & timely issue for approval all onsite existing conditions.
Thoroughly document projects daily activities & submit to HBA on a weekly basis.
Maintain consistent & professional correspondence in phone calls, emails & supporting photographs.
Decision making in both detailing & FFE. When time permits the site supervisor should contact HBA for final decision, however, it is acceptable to act on the team’s behalf.
Minor Coordination between HBA & other consultants. Major issues will result in an add service.
Helpful Skills
A command of Turkish, Russian or Kazakh.
Basic understanding of Autocad
Previous experience in on-site coordination
Previous experience in consultant coordination
Previous experience in detailing/ drawing sets
Previous experience in five star hotel projects
Compensation
For HBA salaried employee:
Agreed salary based on experience level
Standard HBA benefits package
Coordination & financial responsibility of required visas
Expensed return flight back to home country (2 per every six months)
Per diem: food, laundry, local transport
Housing: HBA will arrange and pay for local housing close to job site
Communication: HBA will provide a phone & laptop
Agreeable work conditions; including an on-site field office & 40 hour work week
For contracted individuals:
Agreed hourly wage based on experience level
Coordination & financial responsibility of required visas
Expensed return flight back to home country (1 per every 12 months)
Per diem: food, laundry, local transport
Housing: HBA will arrange and pay for local housing close to job site
Communication: HBA will provide a phone & laptop
Agreeable work conditions; including an on-site field office & 40 hour work week
