All undergraduate students entering the College of Architecture proceed through the Common First Year (CFY) before entering one of three undergraduate programs:

The Bachelor of Science degree is a four-year, pre-professional degree in the discipline of architecture. This program prepares students to pursue: the graduate-level professional degree in architecture, the Master of Architecture; graduate studies in related fields; or a variety of careers related to architecture, the building industry, or government service.

The Building Construction (BC) Program is a management-based course of study that prepares students for leadership roles in the construction industry. The curriculum is designed to teach students the basic principles and practices of construction management, real estate development, science, and technology, and prepare students to manage the functions and processes involved in the construction industry.

The Georgia Tech Industrial Design program offers a well rounded course of study with early emphasis on basic design and design skills. Design projects stress realistic design situations. The program encourages students to develop a diverse background in order to expand individual talents and respond to changing opportunities in the field. Most faculty members are practicing designers with extensive experience in the field.
