You do not need a portfolio to apply for the BC grad programs.

What is the minimum TOEFL score? Who has to take the TOEFL?

The Institute requires a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based; 213 computer-based) for all international students whose first language is not English. Some programs may require a higher TOEFL score. Students who receive college degrees from U.S. and some English-speaking foreign universities may be exempted from taking the TOEFL test.

What is the application deadlines for the Building Construction graduate program?
